EDUCATIONAL CNC MILLING MACHINE

  HELLO FRIENDS ! You might have seen or definitely came across the term "COMPUTER NEUMERICAL CONTROL". Ever wondered of having one for yourself, specially for creating really cool stuff you wish you had. Adding CNC machine in your list is kind of gaining manufacturing independence. As a tech enthusiast I consider it as a revolutionizer of machine shops.  Before going deeper, lets clarify what exactly is CNC.  firstly - All CNC machining uses CNC machine but not all CNC machines are for machining. Now this computer numerical control lies somewhere in these terms. Any machine that uses CNC utilizes computerized systems for automating the cutting process. OR CNC milling is a subtractive fabrication method that uses computer numerical controls systems for automating the process.                                            Currently there are only few industries making low cost CNC machine. However not cheap enough we wish it to be.     Hence I came up with an educational low cost

Three Phase Smart Tube Well Control System

The paper is about designing a Smart tube well Operating system which can control ON/OFF state of Tube Well as well as keep an eye on the amount of Electricity receiving continuously as well as to check whether the three electricity phases are available to run the 3 phase pump motor. This idea is proposed, seeing the problem of villagers who wait for electricity at night for irrigation and operate it at night time after their exhausting day in fields. We are going to build a single integrated system that will operate it automatically by setting the timer or manually by the farmer by switching it ON/OFF from his phone, when water is needed, and when to switch off the tubewell. These systems can be easily installed in tube well stations to increase the work efficiency of farmers and to avoid over-irrigation. All the data on the operation of tubewell will be stored on the cloud and the farmer will get all the notifications of operations in his cell phone. Link To Paper Project S

Variable Bench power supply

 Hello guys!!  This is my variable bench power supply!! it gives an output from 1.24 v -28.4 v dc , a 12 volt output and a 29 v it is a switch mode supply which makes it lighter to carry , a 24 v smps is used as initial power supply then a lm317 based variable regulated supply circuit is added to it. Upgrades----> add a precise potentiometer  to get a precise output. P.S.-- this supply also gives a constant current supply for led  and battery charging!! Components Required:-  DC-AC Converter Voltage Regulator Enclosure Switches, Potentiometer, Connectors and Indicators Lets Start Building!! Sand Casting

Hey Guys!! In this project i have tried to make my on fidget spinner using raw aluminium and cast it into the spinner frame!! NOTE--> DO NOT TRY THIS WITHOUT ADULT SUPERVISION (as there is lot of work and you would get bored if you do it alone😆😂 we started with building a mold out of sand , we used green sand for it! then melted the aluminium , do you know on melting the all the impurities from the metal gets separated . safely pouring the liquid aluminium inside the mold , use all safety precautions ,,, melted metal is very hot and dangerous. after pouring let it dry for some minute and then break the mold. not got what i wanted as the mold contains more moisture and it broke ,,, but got a custom keyring😁😂😆

BATMAN lamp

BATMAN lamp rises :p Hey guys! This is a batman lamp created by engraving batman logo on a glass plate. then a light source(led strip in my case) is provided beneath the stand which lightens up the logo  and the batman rises! 😎                                                                                     #Physics --> glass plate is a denser medium then its surroundings through which when light is subjected to pass , it reflects and refracts at the end of the plates i.e why the logo illuminates!! Engraving means the cutting of logo in the glass! P.S. I know this looks cool😎
